Refund policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be hyped about every order. If something’s not right, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at stikystatements@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on where to send your package.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items? Let us know immediately after receiving your order. If something arrived defective or it’s not what you ordered, we’ll get it fixed quickly.

The following items can’t be returned: custom or personalized products, sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask.

Need a different size or patch? The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet our return conditions: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and proof of purchase included.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, processing times may vary.
