Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. Here’s how those work and how you can make changes if needed.

Subscriptions
When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the schedule you select. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the term. If you don’t want to renew, you can cancel at any time. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the link in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders let you purchase items that are not yet in stock. In some cases, we may take no payment or only a partial deposit upfront. Your payment method will be securely stored, and you’ll be charged the full or remaining balance once the item is ready to ship.

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the order ships, it can no longer be canceled, but you may be eligible for a refund depending on the return conditions.
